I was excited to join City through a complete career change. Overall, I have loved being a part of a close knit team of hard working colleagues, great benefits and generous PTO, and the positive trust in a remote, work from home experience. City has been an incredible company to join!

I LOVE getting 28 PTOs and they are not tied to Sick VS Vacation. They are also not tied to holidays. I appreciate that we get to use our PTO however we choose.

I love the small bits of conversation with coworkers through out the day. I also love meeting the new hires as they go through induction. Being able to help them through their training is rewarding.

I really like the transparency that the leadership team shows as well as the initiative they took in meeting & getting to know me as a new hire. It was above and beyond what I've seen at previous employers.

I absolutely adore and love my team because every single person will try their best to help you or get you to the right person. The team also has a great balance of work hard/play hard and everyone is approachable.

I believe that my team is comprised of some of the most caring and hard working colleagues I've had in my professional career. It isn't one here, or one there, it's everyone. Our team is efficient at our jobs and everyone supports each other- no matter how small the ask may be.

This is the first place where I have truly felt valued as a team member. Feedback is welcome and everyone has a sunny disposition even when the days get busy/tough. I feel that my team respects me as a human being first, so my hierarchy of needs are met which support me doing the best possible work.
