I used to have fun i used to enjoy it but someone in upper management changed the way i feel. Nobody cares about me or asks about me until they need something done. I hate my job now BUT I GOTTA DO IT SO WE CAN GET THAT MEANINGLESS WIN! Gotta make sure upper management gets the credit they deserve!

My experience has been like a roller coaster. The one that starts off good but then you realize its too fast and the restraints arent tight enough and next thing you know you have no control and your cart breaks down while youre upside down and now youre waiting for someone to save you.

Waste of time for me to fill this out because city will not change. It would be easier for me to leave then to expect this place to change.

Im paralyzed by fear and anxiety everytime an email comes in because its a new emergency to drop everything and take care of. My boss wont stop breathing down my neck until i drop everything and complete said tasks. Nothing is enjoyable anymore

I feel undervalued because nobody listens to me. Not my team, not my manager, not upper management. These surveys dont seem to make a difference. I would feel better about my compensation if it was increased. But that would not make me feel better about working here.

I feel undervalued by my team because it feels like im talking to a wall most of the time. I would feel better about my compensation if i felt like i was actually making a difference. I dont even make enough money to buy a home this year kind of disappointing.

Some people in leadership are so focused on "wins" and getting pats on the back they dont care what it takes to get it done or the strain it put on departments as long as THEY get credit for THEIR work. When it wasnt their work i hate it here lol
