My team has a common goal and we celebrate WINS daily with encouraging texts, emails, and calls. We move together as a single unit, here to help, and understand when there is a concern or task that is weighing on one of us. One team together is a lifestyle and not just a slogan.

The partner doesn't have a clear understanding of the set up. We have a set amount of techs, SUP, RFM - If you dive into the #'s (Analytics) it shows where we are under staffed per job volume / Time of day the calls come in. We do not analyze Sleep time / PTO time off 21 work days a month ave ect
