How employees describe working at Conagra Brands
Hostile environment. Plant and HR managers give great preference to white caucasian people. They don't care about most of their employees and they can let them go anytime. I've seen a great employee who worked for 18 years for them, and he got fired and not for a good apparent reason.

Would appreciate if someone would come to the ConAgra in Russellville. Hunter in HR making threats to employees, instead of following thru. Employees on their phones and falling asleep on production floor. Supervisor is too busy with meetings.
