Honesty, Integrity, and work ethics. They need to leave the playground in school. The supervisors on 2nd shift are the biggest bullies I've ever met. They practice bullying, retaliation, and harassment regularly. They close ranks to protect each other.

we feel corporate does not care about workers , an equal pay scale instead of newer employees making less doing the same work
Better health insurance. General recognition amd rewards. Without employee recognition and very limited career mobility, There is no incentive aside from annual bonus.
I feel undervalued because they refused to keep me safe at work. Yet, they preach safety from the pulpit. I would feel better if the people calling the shots were honest and had integrity
No longer competitive wages with surrounding facilities
HR seems to prioritize getting employees in trouble rather than helping find solutions to employees concerns. In regards to compensation i feel the pay is good specially because we work a lot of overtime but it doesnt match life expenses.

Not much, used to be able to say at least the hours are good, but last year they took away our every other Sunday, and after Union negotiations were over earlier this year they took away our Saturdays, we are lucky to get 32hrs now...I used to get about 64hrs, I work in the busiest room in the plant

Employees need to stay off their phones while on the production floor. Supervision need to be present on the floor, and not in meetings all day.
The supervisors allow staff to be abused and ignore it. They will lie, only turn in a part of your statement. They put you in harms way. They refuse to supply proper fitting safety equipment, and refuse to allow you to purchase proper fitting PPE. They need to follow Conagras policies.
Fiire. Upper management dimt know norhing.
management and supervision. always have plans yet never in play. never have the "money" to replace or do a repair or replacement correctly for Preventative Maintenance
They always write you up when it's not your fault and they always walking people out for no reason
