What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We refuse to lose. My boss cares about people.
the hourly union employees, period
Not much, used to be able to say at least the hours are good, but last year they took away our every other Sunday, and after Union negotiations were over earlier this year they took away our Saturdays, we are lucky to get 32hrs now...I used to get about 64hrs, I work in the busiest room in the plant

We are a group so we are a team if ones having a good day we try to rub that off on the ones who are not

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
They need to hire all new people.
The staff need a third party site to help with workplace issues. They need a safe environment. They need to be protected from the accused. They need to follow the path that Conagra set.
Consisent policies for all employees
Management leading by example. Being a leader instead of a Boss
better supervisors and replace the maintenance manager
