The only thing needed is to give importance to employees and ensure that managers are supportive and effective. When employees see genuine support from the company, they feel more confident and motivated.
was supposed to receive 80% of my variable pay but received only 60%. The manager assured that the remaining amount would be compensated through additional government reward points. If an employee is performing well, they should be consistently acknowledged and approached accordingly.
The first priority should be to value employees who genuinely put in effort to keep clients satisfied. Unfortunately, I did not see that value being extended to employees, even from the leadership. I resigned due to a lack of job security and improper communication.
