It was a good summer job. I wouldn't reccomend it to anyone as a career.

They need to understand the importance of employee satisfaction. They would get so strict about rules such as you can't leave to clock out at 3:29, even if your shift ends at 3:30. Things like that really affected employee morale and equaled loss in productivity.
