Open communication with everyone and open door always willing to talk
When I have had to go to them, they have been receptive and respectful. Sometimes they don't address issues with workers until weeks or months later. I think this is not very helpful to either party. Communication is needing much improvement. I know they are trying.

She demonstrates a double standard leadership roles to be very kidish,and feminist in a demeaning bully sense. Corporate provides an proper way in handling materials and the manager goes against thier policy. She bullies people that intimidate her uses peoples weaknesses against the employees.

They need to understand the importance of employee satisfaction. They would get so strict about rules such as you can't leave to clock out at 3:29, even if your shift ends at 3:30. Things like that really affected employee morale and equaled loss in productivity.
