The management is all over the place. They don't know how to use their employees efficiently and because of that and other factors it means just more work everybody

We need people that speak English, we needs superiors that doesn't favors other workers. We need team leaders and supervisors that knows their job description. We need superiors that have manners that knows how to speak to people.
