Open communication with everyone and open door always willing to talk
When I have had to go to them, they have been receptive and respectful. Sometimes they don't address issues with workers until weeks or months later. I think this is not very helpful to either party. Communication is needing much improvement. I know they are trying.

They need to understand the importance of employee satisfaction. They would get so strict about rules such as you can't leave to clock out at 3:29, even if your shift ends at 3:30. Things like that really affected employee morale and equaled loss in productivity.

I went through Job Center and then CTDI decided to keep me on. I went through their process and it was easy.
The interviewing manager knew what his was talking about. Knew the process and had a lot of experience in the industry.

When I can work my full 8 hour day and not be sent home early. I also like learning new things, so when I get to do other jobs, it is fun for me.
