What do you like best about the leadership team?
chill and easy to work with
the communicate effectively with subordinates
Open communication with everyone and open door always willing to talk
When I have had to go to them, they have been receptive and respectful. Sometimes they don't address issues with workers until weeks or months later. I think this is not very helpful to either party. Communication is needing much improvement. I know they are trying.

Communication and being fair stop favorable
They need to communicate better, set realistc goals, and offer better training
Absolutely bloody everything in there
Structure for the team to grow
They need to understand the importance of employee satisfaction. They would get so strict about rules such as you can't leave to clock out at 3:29, even if your shift ends at 3:30. Things like that really affected employee morale and equaled loss in productivity.

Most co workers are not an issue

The team around me.and openness of executive
They try to make the language barrier less of a problem and take time to be sure there is respect for all.
Everyone works as a team to get the product out

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
We need people that speak English, we needs superiors that doesn't favors other workers. We need team leaders and supervisors that knows their job description. We need superiors that have manners that knows how to speak to people.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Started as a temporary employee
Friendly and very informative answers any questions you may have
I went through Job Center and then CTDI decided to keep me on. I went through their process and it was easy.
The interviewing manager knew what his was talking about. Knew the process and had a lot of experience in the industry.

Create a transparent process, orientation more streamline.
What makes you most happy at work?
Always something to do and keeps you busy
When I can work my full 8 hour day and not be sent home early. I also like learning new things, so when I get to do other jobs, it is fun for me.

Not being a YES man had had a negative impact and effect on my coming to work attitude.
Every effort is made to make it difficult for customers to claim under warranty
They need to pay us more, give us quality equipment so that we can increase our productivity.
