Despite working remote, the company still makes us feel like we are a close team by reaching out in our chats and sharing good news around the company. It comes very lose to the positivity and feeling you would get walking around the office when we commuted in.

Although we work remote the entire team is always helpful if someone asks a question in one of our chats and needs some help. Occasionally someone will share a picture or a "happy Monday" which also makes it feel like we are closer as opposed to just individual workers trucking along at home
O que faz você mais feliz no trabalho?
Knowing that I can make a difference for our policy holders and their pets. Although I no longer have the hands on work as a veterinary technician, knowing that the assessment of a claim can most of the time help someone out still makes me feel good as I still have that strong compassion for pets
