Overall, it has been pleasurable. As with any company, there are people who work - and work more than others - and those who simply get a check. Again...that is changing. While some business units are still bleeding money with poor employees and standards, ours is thriving.

Benefits, as always, are a rising cost to both employer and employee. Our benefits are well-structured and our out of pocket expenses are somewhat high, but they would be so anywhere else.

I had a team of professionals who interviewed me and understood the language I spoke (technical). They also were genuinely pleased with my knowledge of the latest trends and innovations in our field.
O que faz você mais feliz no trabalho?
I love doing what I do, but I could do that anywhere. My career is fun and I enjoy being able to create and develop new content and deliverables while not being tied to outdated standards and technology.
O que você mais gosta nos lideres?
Leadership is changing...finally. While many Teammates have been "separated" they have started at the top and worked down. A LOT of dead-weight and "dinosaurs" have been let go. Finally, FlightSafety might...just MIGHT...be able to rise from the dead and start taking over as leader once more.

Our Team is full of visionaries and folks who WANT to succeed and move the company forward. Other business units fumble in the dark-ages of standards that they built decides ago and have never changed course. Our team looks at innovation and new trends to move forward.
