I hate when my time is wasted. I get agitated when last-minute requests become a common theme and you rush to get it done for it not to be used or for it to be canceled.

We are definitely not being paid industry standard. With so many being able to be picky about where they choose to work, I would invest in retaining your employees and showing they are valued. We also don't receive bonus pay, even though everyone is part of Gainwell's success; why have goals?
