Process varied person to person. Mine wasn't bad but was uncomfortable.
Hiring unqualified people to be managers. Owners are out of touch. Too full of themselves. Trust and morale is broken when owners clearly don't care about employees.
Keep it professional. If you want to have a private conversation or be joking about stuff, do not run off to a manager or owner saying something out of context which makes people look bad.
Keep it professional. There is no reason to bring your personal life into work. It makes it easier for employees to gauge whether or not you will use the conversation as a bookmark to shun us later for.
There is no benefits. The pay is absolutely god awful. You will need a second job just to keep up with money. The managers get paid a dollar extra which is still under than most managers in other places. Even if the benefits were better, I would not want to stay with the owners
