Overall my experience at IAS has been positive, but I think that's because of the department I'm in. I recognize that direction for other teams is very unclear, and that creates a strong sense of uncertainty in ones role. There is a part of me that fears this will bleed into my team and role one day

Overall I have learned so much at IAS, and made genuine friends who I will continue to have a personal relationship if I ever leave. The direction leadership has taken this company though is immensely frustrating, and makes me question if I will stay at IAS long term.

Seeing a meaningful impact in operations and revenue. Truly seeing that my work makes a difference is highly motivating.

There is no strategy anyone can understand other than "beat DV." Additionally, leadership constantly micromanages which makes it impossible to get anything done.

Accessibility/approachability. I really like that it's fairly easy to get facetime with our leadership team and exchange ideas and thoughts on initiatives and projects.

I am very rarely bored in the sense that there are always new and unique challenges to take on and new problems to solve.

Leadership micromanagement. If we got a new CEO that actually empowered their employees instead of micromanaging everything and making poor decisions, it would turn the company around.

This is hard to say while we're remote. I appreciate that just about everyone is very friendly and easy to talk to, which is very nice for zoom heavy days.

The operations team is outstanding. They are a joy to work with. They are reliable, they are accountable, and they have excellent attitudes. I wish every department at IAS worked as hard as the operations team.

My team is full of very smart, very hardworking people, who also don't take themselves too seriously. The fact that we're not exactly saving lives here is honestly crucial to being able to do our jobs and work together in a more pleasant setting.

Our leadership team is far and away the most accessible than any other company I've worked for. I completely appreciate the fact that it's normal to be able to ping leadership directly to ask questions, which makes me feel at ease in higher stakes meetings with them.
