I do see myself staying here, the only reason why I would leave it because of compension or I have learned almost everything I needed to learn. The support, the work-life balance and the leadership team are also human, and by human I mean how not everything is about work, we have life to us as well.
They are human and not always about work.
My team members are extremely supportive!
Getting paid is very nice
Are merit increases an option? Are bonuses only for specific teams/members?
The amount of support, learning from one another whether it's from personal/professional story telling and honestly how we're always cheering one another on.
I simply prefer to work independently, I don't mind working with others. I enjoy alone time following protocol and reach out if needed to be.
If IAS is more competitive or when there is an merit increase or promotion, it should be very close to what's in the market right now.
Surprise praises here and there, I enjoy it when team memebers share personal news because it shows we're all human. Also whenever I get something completed that will work in the long term at the company progress.
How they keep us updated when we ask questions. And when they don't know, they tell us how they are currently figuring out answers as they are curious as well. It's great to hear that the leadership team are always still curious as much as junior professionals.
Comparing what's happening in the marketing and similar level roles, the similar level roles have higher pay and according to the market in major cities (ex. NYC, Chicago, LA, SanFran, Austin), I am underpaid. What would make me feel better about compensation is reasonable merit increase?
