What are some of the best things about your team?

Very friendly and were close to my age.

We work well together and focus on the mission of the company and the responsibilities we have towards our customers (students).

We all want to help children

Goals. To teach the kids.

Passionate about their work and mostly bring their best selves to work.

The ability to interact with them and be able to have fun at work while still being able to teach the children properly

Close-knit and uplifting. Works as a team.

My coworkers were all friendly and we understood each other.

My friend and I were the only 2 workers at the Kumon center and this led to us being responsible for creating every students worksheets and packets. Teaching and monitoring every student on our own after receiving no training, but this was not a fault of my coworker.

We were able to talk to each other about anything. But I cannot have that conversation with the bosses

They are hard workers at all times

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Cohesion and clea communication and consistency from the employer to each employee rather than various instructions to staff that contradict another staff members duties

Don't hire teenagers who do not know how to work with students and have no experience with teaching children.
