We support each other, we're diverse, and we interact very well. One or two not so much as the others, but they're managible.
Get FM to do their job. Talk to your FSRs and listen to them, move FSRs around to build cross-utilization and cohesion. Many FSRs feel they aren't getting the right experience. Ask why the PMs are so absent in their programs. Investigate why CSW has so many FSRs resign.
Program management is not involved to the extent they need to be. We're taking direction from another company in lieu of the PM. Not sure it can be improved anymore, I think the damage is too far done. Expectations were levied on our site that can no longer be met because of changes in personnel
