Very supportive and always there to help
Excellant leaders that listen to employees.
They are attempting to keep a difficult business segment profitable.
Good local management. Corporate leadership is awful.
Involvement within the company structure.

Diversity is very important aspect of the company
Then genuinely care about the business, the mission and the employees.

Great company to work for especially with the upcoming merger

They are very focused and organized. Also extremely polite. L3 has outstanding leadership skills.
Everything. From ownership of issues and solutions to setting unrealistic deadlines when compared to yield.

better people skills and fewer of them

Ethics. Specifically business ethics. The team is corrupt and people are not valued at all.

Allocating work to the engineers.
Leadership is clueless about how the shopfloor is run. Will spout corporate buzzwords instead of answering questions, are not concerned with high rate of turnover.

Get FM to do their job. Talk to your FSRs and listen to them, move FSRs around to build cross-utilization and cohesion. Many FSRs feel they aren't getting the right experience. Ask why the PMs are so absent in their programs. Investigate why CSW has so many FSRs resign.
Listen, the moral at company is the worst I have seen in 20 years. To much talent is leaving.

Taking care of people. Everyone is just a charge number these day.
Honesty, they have an HR lie for everything.
They need to be indicted for fraud against the government
Employee happiness and benefits, not just numbers.
Leadership is focused on pushing people harder and harder to turn a bigger and bigger profit. They "reward" people by doling out meaningless titles that aren't accompanied with merit-based pay increases, even though the yearly bonuses of the execs are staggering.
