We are like a family an work together
My co-workers are great, but all of us are treated poorly, morale is low. My co-workers are the only thing that gets me through the day.

No short cuts and communication
These are some of the most dedicated, hardest working people I've ever dealt with. The trouble is that they are incredible overworked and everyone is too stressed out to actually enjoy their work. There are also several bad apples that either do nothing or make more work for others via incompetency.
