I worked t McCormick and Schmicks uptown location and recently quit due to management. They would allow drug use on the clock, servers drinking from the bar during their shifts, mentally unstable employees with gun in the restaurant. So much would be ignored because they didnt want to deal with it.

Team work and accountablity. Everyone was lazy and allowed to get away with it

Interview was fine. But Glenn Davis is the real issue. Hes been allowed to get away with things for far too long.

New ideas, fresh management. Glenn Davis needs to be checked on more frequently on how he runs the store and what he chooses to allow to take place there.

I would show up early every shift and do what was told of me or even things that i wasnt asked to do, i would do them because things needed attention. I had to call out with plenty of time before my shift and management treated me unfairly when i returned.

Follow through, not being biased, not choosing favorites who they let get away with everything. Management would only crack down if it meant they could be the ones in trouble. If not, they would turn a blind eye to everything. The gm was extremely petty and childish. Taking things out on workers.
