To follow it....Culture is structured but not followed from high corporate all the way to the dish operator.
Unreal projections and doctored numbers done all the time. No bonus even though worked in a $65K+ a week restaurant. Ridiculous.
Truly being a solution to all the resource problems and needs of the locations. Active supervision of incompetent higher management that are not getting results due to poor execution.
