Well, you will have all the material needed and more if necessary for your work. I do believe they could help out on other benefits like paying for the internet or getting a better health coverage. However, they do more than enough to be satisfied and to want to work with them.

Significant benefits with options for everybody.

Generally the business mod is based on having reps im seats, not on how well the reps perfom. If you want to make more money you have to "move up" to be a manager or team lead, regardless of how mauch revenue you bring in for the client as a rep. One more reason attrition is so high.

Higher pay and better benefits needed if possible.

Yearly raises and cost of living adjustments worked into the company would make a lot of things better.

On the lower end of pay for the work we do. But they make up for it with their culture and benefits. They also open a lot of doors to gain experience that will help you advance down the road.

The people. As any interview, it might be tricky and do not know how to be (mostly when you are on the phone/ zoom call). I have seen their questions is towards you as a person rather than the job itself. I did not have all the "attribute" to do this job, but they still hire me.

Clear, honest communication throughout the process.

If they would say the truth in the interview about the role will be perfect, well it will be normal.

Recruiters were unresponsive and uncoordinated, and applying through Workday is unnecessarily time consuming. Why did MarketStar make me create an account in Workday to apply?
