We are overworked and understaffed. This seems to be the common denomnator with all the reviews but it is true. When you don't have enough staff to run the office and everyday is draining on you, you do not want to go to work the next day. We all have bad days, but with this company it is everyday.

Stop trying to over sell everything, you don't know a person situation so tring to get everyone to take photos or get in the highest lens is not a good then. To me it seems like some people that come to our office to help out overcharge patients to get more commision.

Really hear you staff when they are telling you about what is going on. You can't keep acting like everything will get better because it won't. You are losing staff that have been in some of these offices for years before you bought it out and turned it in to a only about the money workplace.
