Worst job I have ever had. With a masters degree they wanred to pay me a salary barely above poverty level. There was no room for negotiation and from day one it was evident employees aren't valued. I hope they get bought out and the pious execs lose their jobs.

Everybody there is miserable. Just let us work from home if we can and limit pointless meetings so that we can focus on our unrealistic workloads.

Consider the thousands of dollars people spend on their education for these jobs and pay them fairly. A salary in the $20k range is not acceptable for someone who spent almost $100k on their education. Get with the times and stop putting all your dollars at the top.

Maybe pay attention to your interviewee. I had three people sit in on my interview and the head of the dept wanted to make sure I knew how important he was so he sat on his phone the whole time and made me feel very awkward. Not a good first impression.
