So very sad. Was on a decent track a few years ago but the fall from grace has been swift and is now terminal.
NSF is a not for profit in name only. They nickel and dime their employees (less than 1% raises some years), yet gouge their customers.
HR and senior management will dangle carrots (future raises and gainshares) in front of employees all day, then not deliver. Constant gaslighting.
