The excitement of what we are doing and the people I am working with to do it. Also the trust and freedom I am given to tackle some of the hardest problems of computer graphics.

I work at home, and they naturally make it work even for remote. You know the culture even if you are not in the office. They support the employees just as well even from remote.

The benefits are fantastic! I have not had this cheap and good of a medical coverage since 15 years ago. While everyone is raising the price in what employees have to pay for coverage, Nvidia keeps them very low and reasonable for everyone. Free concierge service is also an insane perk
