The leadership team is involved and heavily invested in the growth and excellence of the company as a whole, not just their direct teams.

What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is invested in the company so it brings an energy and excitement to the workplace. They are also great to work with and understand that it's okay to have fun at work AND get things done.

It's fast paced, but still allows for people to have fun. Very transparent and open.

Leadership clearly communicates our mission, helps employees understand the linkage between the mission and the work we do individually/collectively, and how our results make a difference for our customers. We have the focus and energy of start up - but with 8k employees!
