Work life balance is horrendous. Expected to attend meetings at 11 pm otherwise noted as a morning person. Unrealistic expectations.

The benefits are fantastic! I have not had this cheap and good of a medical coverage since 15 years ago. While everyone is raising the price in what employees have to pay for coverage, Nvidia keeps them very low and reasonable for everyone. Free concierge service is also an insane perk
