It has been an excellent experience to be a part of a spin-off; learning and contributing to that complexity. It has reminded me of the challenges that comes with a small workforce but a large global footprint; that challenge to overcome this excites me.

The people I work with are stressed and I don't think that helps to bring your best self to work. There is also a bit of individualism for career wins, and it would be better if there was more collectivism.
