From Day 1, the company culture has been open and transparent. It is refreshing to see and hear candid, honest conversations. Also, there is a positive energy that radiates from team members. They are passionate about their role and responsibilities.

The leadership are leading by example. They take the time to listen and care about their teams. It is not lip service. Their actions (ie. having coffee and eating lunch with team members, being available, approachable and transparent) are help building a culture of inclusiveness.
