It was done by my company before PayPal bought them
Salary is competitive. Big health and training budget. Private health insurance
Collaborating with colleagues to try and ship solutions to help our customers
Empathetic and collaborative. Motivated to do what's best for the customer, despite PayPal's lack of care
They're trying their hardest, it's obvious. But PayPal is a monolith of unknowable people who don't communicate
Transparency, communication. Remove the many tiers of bureaucracy and middle managers so people can actually get work done. Maybe then the CEO can start to justify his bonus
