YgEia3: I have worked for YgEia3 for over 6 years, and it has been a good experience, minus a difficult time, but that has been corrected, and now company is selling corporate side of the business, and I was fortunate enough to get a share in the companies vesting program, so will get a nice payday.
PNC: Job descriptions are intentionally vague. Wages fail to come anywhere near cost of living increases. Management is either amazing or incompetent, rarely in the middle. Expectations are never clearly communicated and most KPI are unclear. Average employee experience is apathetic at best.
