AEVEX Aerospace: I have one major improvement that should be implemented. Sick time for ALL employees. Just have a preset bank of 40-80 hours that reset every year on your hire date. And you get to use it in place of your hard working acrued PTO. Feels like a punishment to have to use PTO when sick.

MedSpeed: Good job if you like to drive ans be on your own. Management is friendly. You will be doing all your own followup on requests to management. Vehicles are not kept clean and management doesn't do anything to violators. Drivers who follow the rules carey their frustrations in silemce.
