Cross Country Healthcare: The work itself has its ups and downs just like every job. Sometimes it is challenging and sometimes it is not. Most of the time it feels like people are to afraid to speak up. Growth opportunity seems extremely limited and until recently it was a look out for you only attitude.

Paycom: Some of the best things about my team is how we all collaborate together on client issues and how we are there to support each other. I enjoy coming into work because of my team!
Paycom: it's extremely challenging, requiring constant multi-tasking and juggling multiple projects at once. Interactions with clients can be both rewarding and challenging, requiring a lot of de-escalating. It can feel at times like you're not allowed to ask for help, for fear of a hit to KPIs.
