Ups and downs, lots of positive. However the restructuring has made work difficult for all. Managers were told we'd have more "free" time and we now work even more. More than we ate obligated to and because we want to succeed.

The individuals with field experience are the best to work with. The people coming from other departments to be field managers don't get the entire process, nor can most help with real time problems.

People centric should apply to all levels of employees. Hourly employees are treated better than managers. Fix the problems when they occur, stop waiting weeks/months. Better pay for hourly, better bonus for hourly, fix perfect event matrix because piqa should not count.

The hours expected are too much for salaried employees. We are not indentured servants, but are expected to be on call 24/7. We have a 6 day work week, but don't get a day off because the phone constantly rings and the emails never stop. The restructuring made it more difficult.
