Feeling needed. Being appreciated. Contributing to making things better.
This question is tricky, because I work at an account not composed of Stryker employees. The account can be extremely negative. However, part of my job, is to perform and deliver my services as a representative of Stryker.
The feedback from the interviewer was important. It made me feel like there was a connection. They are looking for the right person, and so am I. The positive interaction helps me feel this is a good fit.
