Senior leadership needs to identify/ address areas of toxic male-dominated culture and root out the ones perpetuating it- the middle managers. Nepotism in those regions needs to be addressed because you have "yes men" staying loyal to each other without accountability. HR is not addressing it either
Care more about their lower level employees and less about putting pretty stickers on the wall.

Good PTO and benefits. The stock purchase options are a plus

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
VERY undervalued as I was simply a normal guy with an amazing work ethic.
There needs to be more transparency!
Give men and women equal opportunity to receive equal pay. In results-oriented compensation, giving women lesser opportunities or making them have more qualifications to be hired than their male counterparts shows women they are trusted less and it means they are paid less as well.
working a lot of ovetime hours, not being heard/ understood, work dynamic is always changing.

Raises are well below market. Employees are leaving all the time for better offers. I've had multiple offers in the past year above my current salary (including benefits). The only reason I haven't left was the longer commute time to another job.

Professionalism needs to be more driven. Most of my coworkers don't know how to have a conversation without dropping the F bomb in every sentence.

When all the men are there. Also love that its wheelchair accessable. vroom vroom
