Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Raises are well below market. Employees are leaving all the time for better offers. I've had multiple offers in the past year above my current salary (including benefits). The only reason I haven't left was the longer commute time to another job.

Similar companies in the area pay significantly more. People are constantly asked to do things that are outside the scope of their responsibilities because they are so worried about headcount that we are understaffed.

The in-person interviews included a facility tour and conversations about you as a person and not just your technical skills.
