Very communicative in particularly during times of crisis and change. They set a clear vision and back-it-up with the support achieve positive outcomes without the need to be micro-managers. They allow the autonomy to showcase our talents and drive results.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
There are numerous ways to celebrate and reward employees for a job-well-done and these retention bonuses are very generous.

The employee stock purchasing program is very lucrative as well as our 401k match. Every year Stryker has added an additional 7% to our 401k on top of the normal 50 cent to $1 match.

The transparent and honest communication. There appears to be less power struggles compared to other companies I have worked. People want to achieve, they want to succeed, but they want to be collaborative in the process.
