The gallup interview is difficult but it really predicts success at the company.

Without a doubt the people. I love the people I work with and look forward to seeing them everyday.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The competition that drives accountability. Everyone is working towards the same goal of growing our business, but the competitive culture drives you to perform better than you previously thought you could.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The employee stock purchasing program is very lucrative as well as our 401k match. Every year Stryker has added an additional 7% to our 401k on top of the normal 50 cent to $1 match.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Stryker's leadership team has provided great vision, strategy, and overall leadership in establishing and growing our culture. Our company continues to grow and we're set to maintain our position as market leader for years to come.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The culture is incredible. I've never been in a more competitive, yet product and team oriented culture. This is critical for me since I came from serving 5+ years as an Infantry Officer in the Army. I couldn't be on a better team.
