Everyone that I have worked with listens. They listen to ideas no matter where they come from. Different perspectives are appreciated.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Similar companies in the area pay significantly more. People are constantly asked to do things that are outside the scope of their responsibilities because they are so worried about headcount that we are understaffed.
