So far it has been great! Telvista is easily the best company that i have worked for and the main reason for that is my leadership and team. My leader is the reason i come in everyday i would never want to let him down since he has always had my back and trusted me to do a great job for him.

I love Telvista Leadership Team! Everyone is always so eager to assist. I feel like my professional and personal development is priority.
Qual é a melhor parte das suas compensações?
I do not get compensated outside of my salary. Also the health, vision, dental, life etc. are far too expensive. My previous employer offered GOLD level Blue Cross at nearly half the rate of the BRONZE through Telvista/UHC. To me that is unacceptable in 2022.

the ability to be my very best self every day while working from home. The safety and flexibility working from home provides. My leader believes in me and trusts that I am working hard and always have Telvista and our team best interests in mind

We are a family. Everyone has each other back both at work and outside of work. We all understand life happens and we all band together to help in our times of need. Truly the best team I have ever been apart of. I look forward to logging in every day because of teammates!
