Overall its good. I believe the pay is not fairly competitive. I belive that interdisiplinary communication is severaly lackingi n our company. I feel like people want to work and be here and present but TOI doesn't always provide the best outlet to do this. Company needs a nurse line/triage

Its good, I feel like overall the structure on how things flow in the company are lacking, the communication between executives/upper management still lacking, a pay scale, paid fair, and how we change things to rapidly but there is no training processes

Overall I have learned so much and went back to school to improve my skills for my current job. I feel like I have great insight and experience in a lot of different things, but its never truly been recognized. I think my teams work is depending on how much effort executives are willing to put in it

Doing my work, I actually enjoy the work that I do. I love being behind the scenes as a nurse in a clinical setting.

I feel like my total experience here at TOI is not valued and paid fairly as in my base salary not my promotions and pay increases. I would like an evaluation of what other position are similar to mine at other companies and what they are paying

1. Providing guidance as to what our teams current goals and how to progress 2. organizing and structuring our team/organization in a way people know how to move up or what would be expected of them 3. be more willing to open and hear concerns and fix them on a large scale

Most of TOI doesn't know about clinical programs, Im asking to do a lot of work and high-level work without being paid. I had 3 years of no compensation a few years back. My current pay does not reflect the market, with my experience, licenses and knowledge. Provide a range level for each position
