My leader Kiran cares about the employees and their mental health. he very understanding and helpful. i am glad he is part of our team.

Review from Operations Dept

What I like best is that they're genuinely trying to change processes for the better. They obtain employees feedback and give educated and open responses.

Review from Operations Dept

Their efforts to grow the company

Review from Operations Dept

The leadership is always looking for ways to for us to grow as a company, as a team and as individuals. I am fortunate that I work very close with the executive team and witness their overall drive and commitment.

Review from Operations Dept

We have meetings to obtain their teams goals and plans. We are very well coordinated as a team and function well as a unit

Review from Operations Dept

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Leadership Reviews

Step up and give me an annual raise. You have me as Front Office but in reality I am front and back office, authorization department, scheduling assist doctors with examinations, handle all ordering. Also do dictation and so much more.

Review from Operations Dept

Better overall all company organization and inter communication. change and progress on new IT,EHR, and other systems

Review from Operations Dept

1. Providing guidance as to what our teams current goals and how to progress 2. organizing and structuring our team/organization in a way people know how to move up or what would be expected of them 3. be more willing to open and hear concerns and fix them on a large scale

Review from Operations Dept

Being transparent and appreciative- we keep getting more work without appreciation or acknowledgement that it's hard to maintain. Develop their leaders so they know how to lead, not just from a top down manner.

Review from Operations Dept

Managing their talent in employee. Delegating appropriately. Distributing the work load appropriately

Review from Operations Dept

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Everything but the medical coverage.

Review from Operations Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compensation Reviews

Firstly, I do enjoy working at TOI. The patients and co-workers are amazing. My personal compensation has always been an issue because I did take a significant pay cut when taking this position. My length of experience, I feel, would have afforded me a better hourly wage.

Review from Operations Dept

Overworked due to unsufficient and inadequate help.

Review from Operations Dept

The average healthcare operations manager salary in my local area pays an average of $115,000 per year and up to $150,000 per year for managing one office and not multiple offices as TOI does . A substantial raise ( not 3%), more retirement matching would make me feel better.

Review from Operations Dept

I feel like my total experience here at TOI is not valued and paid fairly as in my base salary not my promotions and pay increases. I would like an evaluation of what other position are similar to mine at other companies and what they are paying

Review from Operations Dept

I do more work than I feel I get paid for, and feel a competitive increase would even it out.

Review from Operations Dept

What are some of the best things about your team?

Team Reviews

we are not a team we are family, we help each other out and work together

The doctors do care and want to have the best outcome for patients. Peers are supportive. Director is supportive, available and actively involved in day to operations, challenges and solutions.

My team is dedicated to produce the best outcome for their staff and our patients, They go the extra mile to ensure everyone is take care. My team believes in " Better Together: as they often help each other with problem solving and coverage despite being in different parts of the State.

Review from Operations Dept

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Team Reviews

Our two therapists are amazing and give 100% of themselves. The third teammate is not reliable and has no drive.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Environment Reviews

Put effort into keeping meaningfully valuable employees, it's NOT true that everyone is replaceable - valuable people leave unfillable holes. Kindness & empathy should be requisite in new-hires, especially leaders. ALL management should be motivated by helping people rather than making more money.

My team, coworkers, and fun Fridays (we all bring food) :)

Review from Operations Dept

Being able to help our patients. I want to see them improve and recover. Oncology does not usually indicate recovery in it's prognosis, but I believe that with extending the love of God and hope to their situation can help improve it.

Review from Operations Dept

Solving/ assisting any issues for a patient in their care while under the care of TOI, or simply showing compassion towards the patient and their family/loved ones.

Review from Operations Dept

Review from Operations Dept

I'm exhausted and not getting enough resources or appreciation for the work I'm doing. It seems as though the focus is only on programs that generate revenue.
