What I like best is that they're genuinely trying to change processes for the better. They obtain employees feedback and give educated and open responses.

They are understanding, we care about each other, they genuinely believe there is no I in team and they strive daily to support one another and patients.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I am heard and my voice/opinion matters. My management team takes the time to value my input and we have a great time even during stressful days.
