Like many others, things started off well enough for me at Trupanion. The pay was at a decent starting point, and everyone seemed friendly and professional. But it wasn't long before things took a turn, and Trupanion's deeply dysfunctional, selfish, and deluded leadership revealed itself.

Nobody is happy here. Leadership is so bad, that employee morale couldn't be worse. It's not a fun environment-- everybody hates leadership, especially local workers who now have to forfeit time and money by going into the office when they were previously told they could work remote indefinitely
