There is no cap to my income potential.
I work for a great manager who is looking out for my interests, and personal plans for my growth and development.
I like that they are putting themselves out in the market and have established themselves as thought leaders in our space. I like that they are also very concerned with corporate culture and employee satisfaction.
I liked that everyone I spoke to were on the same page. Everyone explained the importance of the role I was being hired for, what would be expected, and checked in along the way to ensure that we all had the same expectations.
They are very engaging and available to help out if someone is looking for some support with something they are working on. Response times have been great on requests for assistance. People seem to act with a sense of urgency which I like as I am this way.
There is a sense of team/community and people are available to help one another when needed. The tools like Workplace allow for employees to connect with others that would not normally connect either due to distance or lack of activities that don't normally exist at bricks and mortar offices.
