What do you like best about the leadership team?
Company's leadership if more focussed on work than anything else - this is the best quality as they are not wasting time on other non-valuable things. They give you time and make sure to talk to you to understand you better & make you comfortable.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Benefits like LTI (stocks) is something that is appreciated. Pay is fairly good comparative to other bigger companies than Vonage. Vonage does pay fair amount of salary and provide good benefits.

Vonage provides the best culture. People are very respectable toward each other and value each other's time a lot. Vonage definitely provides a positive environment and one will feel very happy and comfortable working here. There is no room of any kind of micromanagement in the leadership

What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview process was very welcoming! I was called and was given a choice to select a timing for the interview and people from US who were taking my interview logged in very early morning their time to accommodate my time here in India. They respected my time, and I was happy with the process
